Before each dose, pound the bottle on your palm 10 times to energize the remedy.

Open the bottle and dispense two drops under your tongue using the dropper cap. Avoid contact between the dropper and your mouth to keep it clean.

Tilt your head back with your mouth wide open to facilitate dosing and avoid contamination.

After dosing, screw the dropper top back on to close the bottle.

Store the bottle in a neutral place away from direct sunlight and microwaves.

If you experience any unusual or uncomfortable effects after a few doses, please contact me immediately. Otherwise, check in with me after 10 days with a brief email update on any changes you've noticed.

Stir the mixture vigorously with a clean spoon for 20-30 seconds.

Place one teaspoon of the liquid under your tongue and hold for about 10 seconds before swallowing.

Avoid consuming any food or drink (except water) for 5-10 minutes before or after taking your medicine.

Discard any remaining liquid after each dose and prepare a fresh mixture for the next dose.

Fill a clean 12-16 ounce glass jar halfway with non-chlorinated water.

Add 3 remedy pellets to the water and let them dissolve for about 15 minutes with the jar closed.

After dissolution, pound the closed jar on a firm surface 20 times for succussion.

Open the jar, use a metal teaspoon to take out one spoonful of the water mixture, and pour it under your tongue.

Hold the dose in your mouth for about 10 seconds, then swallow.

Take the remedy on a clean mouth, preferably 5-10 minutes away from food or drink (water is fine).

Before each subsequent daily dose, pound the jar again about 10 times.

Use a clean teaspoon for each dose from the same jar.

Store the covered jar away from direct sunlight and excessive heat, preferably in the fridge but not necessary.

When taking pellets from the remedy bottle, follow these precautions for optimal effectiveness:

Tap 2-3 pellets from the remedy bottle into the cap.

Tap any extra pellets back into the bottle until only 2-3 pellets remain in the cap.

Pour the pellets directly under your tongue from the cap.

Let it dissolve under your tongue and wait 5-10 minutes before eating or drinking (except water). Children may eventually chew the pellet, which is acceptable.

Avoid handling the pellets with your fingers or pouring them into your hand.

Discard any pellets that fall out of the bottle or cap onto the ground; never return them to the bottle.

Keep the cap clean when pouring the remedy into your mouth and avoid touching it with your mouth or tongue. Tilting your head back and dropping the pellet in is the preferred method.

For subsequent daily doses:

Storage and freshness:
